fitsugar

Since I have been using Pinterest, I have noticed a lot of fitness and health pins from www.fitsugar.com. Now that I've discovered that site, I visit it on a daily basis!

I'm always up for new workouts, tips for eating healthy - and truthfully - interesting stories that I can use for health and wellness communications I have to write at work.

Since it is the new year, and many of you have probably made a resolution to workout more or lose weight, you need to bookmark fitsugar and visit it everyday!

For instance, I came across this great workout today. No gym or weights required! You can easily do it in the comforts of your own abode. I can't wait to try it out tonight!

  1. I have also been relying on fitsugar's workout videos to help me stay in shape! I started jogging (or "wogging" - walking/jogging combo!) last May and was able to lose 15 pounds over the summer. Now, with the cold temperatures and snow (I live in Nebraska) I was looking for something that I could do at home in the mornings. I'll be honest...some of those workouts have been kicking my booty! :) They are working some muscles that have NOT been worked in awhile! I love the variety of workouts and am hoping they do the trick!
