Since I have been using Pinterest, I have noticed a lot of fitness and health pins from www.fitsugar.com. Now that I've discovered that site, I visit it on a daily basis!
I'm always up for new workouts, tips for eating healthy - and truthfully - interesting stories that I can use for health and wellness communications I have to write at work.
Since it is the new year, and many of you have probably made a resolution to workout more or lose weight, you need to bookmark fitsugar and visit it everyday!
