Pops of Color

- Emily

There's no secret how much I love color...whether my entire outfit is colorful, or there are just pops of color.
I find necklaces and shoes can be the best "pops of color" to any outfit.
Would you agree?
Here's how I had some pops of color this last week.

Bubble necklace.
I'm so glad I spent a whole $19.99 on this necklace. I have worn it a countless number of times, and it such a great addition to any outfit. Whether it be an outfit like below or even just a plain ol' t-shirt and jeans. Shirt and sweater - Old Navy; Jeans - Seven for All Mankind; Booties - Ash; Watch - Michael Kors; Belt - Target

Simple Necklace and Pumps
Yep. Busted out the tweed blazer finally! This used to be a staple when I had to dress corporate attire at work. Poor thing had just been collecting dust in my closet. Well, I blew off the dust and slipped it over this new polka dot shirt, added some pop of color, and voila! Christmas service outfit. I thought the red was at least a little fitting for the holiday season :)
Blazer - The Limited; Shirt - Banana Republic; Jeans - Hudson; Necklace - GroopDealz; Pumps - Jessica Simpson

  3. that blazer is amazing - classic enough to be worn with anything, but different enough that it can stand on its own. what a great buy!
